Get to know me!
My path to becoming a healer was born from several of my own spiritual awakenings. As a child I spent time between Africa, and Portugal. I witnessed both beauty and hardship which shaped my humble and compassionate demeanor. I am currently living in Wales, the place my heart was calling for, many years ago. This is where I met my husband, something I envisioned since I was 15 years old.
My spiritual gifts have unfolded over time, evolving alongside my own spiritual awakening. Some of my experiences have been surreal, even spectacular. Due to my innate empathy and emotional insight, strangers often opened up to me about their personal struggles, seeking support they sensed I could provide.
With a few twists and turns along the way, 2005 marks the beginning of an incredible journey to find myself again. Although my professional background was tied to a corporate environment, I felt called to train as a holistic practitioner. I started with bodywork but soon realized my spiritual growth was leading me towards more quantum, energetic methods which created a deeper, more meaningful impact.
Today, I offer intuitive healing sessions and teach protocols I’ve spent over a decade developing. My techniques synthesize multiple modalities with the goal of rebalancing your emotions, mind, body and soul.
I left my corporate career to pursue my passion for guiding others. After becoming a Reiki Master, I began receiving powerful downloads during sleep state, propelling my intuitive abilities to a higher level of consciousness. Soon after, I stopped teaching Reiki and started focusing on my expanding intuitive abilities, which were leading me to a different path.

Conscious Living
Currently delving into a 1000hrs Ayurveda Practitioner course, I can say I am truly passionate about making our lives an incredible and sustainable experience. I have also studied the materials of Irene Lyon and Peter Levine, which are focused on Somatic practices. I enjoy learning about off-grid projects and live without attachements.
Emotional Wellbeing
Due to the increase of my abilities over the years, regarding biofield reading and interpretation and heightened interoception, which expanded outside my own template, I become more and more drawn towards modalities that would support my continuous growth. From Dr Joe Dispensa to the Emotion Code by Bradley Nelson to more in depth, science baked modalities like IFS (Internal Family System), EQR / Emotional Intelligence, and mindset supporting practices like CBT, NLP and REBT. Also delved into TCM, EFT tapping and muscle testing.
Multidimensional Awareness
My favorite subject of all time! A theme that fascinated me since I was a child. I could talk about the mysteries of the universe and our own experiences within the Universe, for hours. Certainly, becoming a Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist brought me immense joy, as I went deeper and deeper diving into different skills and more advanced techniques, including Conversational and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Between Lives Regression, Parallel Lives and Beyond Quantum Healing, a modality whose teachings are drawn from the late Dolores Cannon amazing work. I am also in resonance with the Freedom Teachings and Energetic Diagnosis.
