Services Offered

We provide personal development coaching, digital downloads, online courses, group mentoring and membership programs to support your growth and transformation.

1. 1:1 Coaching Services

• Coaching packages can be purchased in various increments. Services include Unconscious Language Decoding, I.N.S.I.G.H.T. method and B.A.L.A.N.C.E. framework.

2. Digital Downloads

• Downloadable products include meditations, planners, journals, workbooks, courses etc. Delivered instantly via digital delivery (email or instant download).

3. Membership & Group Mentoring Offerings

• Monthly Membership: The Soul Evolution, online group coaching, Q&A’s, digital downloads and other deliverables relevant to the membership’s goal.
• Annual Mentorship Program: The Multidimensional Truth of the Self is a 12-month group mentorship program. It includes monthly live sessions and Q&A’s, written and creative exercises, recorded sessions, workshops, masterclasses, digital downloads including guided meditations, journals, etc. It also includes the possibility to upgrade this experience and book a 7-day graduation VIP retreat, in a private yatch in the Red Sea, Egypt. 

Cancellations & Refund Policy 

We aim to provide exceptional service; however, we understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined below:

1. 1:1 Coaching Services

• Cancellations require 48 hours advance notice via email or will incur 50% session fee.
• For packages, refunds are prorated based on number of sessions used, with administrative fees applying. Unlimited packages are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling sessions is recommended over cancellation when possible. We aim to accommodate clients’ changing schedules.

2. Annual Group Program

• Our comprehensive mentorship program has a strict no refund policy due to upfront planning required.
• Transfers to another person or future cohort dates may be arranged pending availability.
• In exceptional cases, credit towards other programs may be issued at our discretion.

3. Memberships

• The Soul Evolution Membership can be cancelled anytime. Provide notice before next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• Upon cancellation, access to membership content and forums is revoked. No refunds provided for current billing cycle.

4. Digital Downloads

• Sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to instant delivery.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• For serious life events, special exceptions may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss further.

Conduct

We aim to provide services with care, competency and accountability. We expect clients to treat staff and other clients respectfully as well. Bullying, harassment, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.

Use of Services

Coaching services are intended for your personal growth use only. Recordings, downloads or content cannot be shared or redistributed without consent.

We reserve the right to deny services if a client’s needs fall outside our areas of expertise or scope of practice.

We respect your privacy. Information you share will remain confidential in accordance with our profession’s standards. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

By using services from Claudia Sofia – Sophia’s Divine Wisdom, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions stated herein. We reserve rights to periodically update policies and fees. Check back regularly for latest version.
